We chose Brodway Plumbing to replace our old water heater. My wife and I went to their store to check them out and to discuss replacement options. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had tight spacing so their installer drove out to my house to get measurements to insure proper fit. Then the installer came back out and installed the new water heater. He was extremely professional and did and amazing install job. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the new water heater and the installation. I highly recommend Brodway Plumbing if you need a new water heater.

Cement slab leak repair in downtown. Everyone I spoke to at this company (office and onsite techs) were very friendly and informative. They were very transparent from the start regarding the price as well as the repair. The techs arrived on time and quickly assessed the job. They gathered the needed tools and hit the ground running. Highly recommend this company and will use in the future for all plumbing needs. The techs who performed the work were Leo and Gabe.

Called Brodway plumbing as my pipes froze during coldest weather in over 16 years froze water pipes to water heater. They were able to get a tech out to me within a limited timeframe and Leo did a great job rebuilding my water heater plumbing in a quick and efficient manner. He was very professional and I will definitely call again when in need of help. Thanks again for a job well done!

Had several quotes from all over Orlando to get my aging water heater replaced. Brodway offered the best quote. On top of that, the plumber who performed the installation, Terel, was extremely thorough with the install. He ensured everything thing was 100% before closing service for the day. I would recommend Terel and Brodway for the excellent work and reasonable pricing.

Yesterday Bernie and Josiah came to my house and to test my water heater and we came to the conclusion at the best option would be to replace it! They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. Terel came to my house today he was also very friendly and informative about the new water heater and also about the new back flow pipes I had gotten installed which I appreciated! He got the job done quicker than I expected ! 10/10 recommend! 😊😄

We’ve had a very positive experience with Brodway each time we’ve needed service. They are always attentive on the phone with explanation of service and very prompt turnaround time for service. Very competent and reasonable. Leo was excellent just as previous technicians have been. Other companies should study their business model/customer interactions.

The technicians who came out to service my on-demand water heater were absolutely outstanding! They arrived exactly within the scheduled appointment window and were professional from start to finish. They were polite, extremely knowledgeable, and patiently answered every question I had. Even when I decided to change what I wanted done, they handled it without hesitation and completed the work efficiently. They were organized, neat, and left everything spotless. Before leaving, they carefully reviewed all the work they performed and even encouraged me to inspect everything to ensure I was completely satisfied. From the office staff to the technicians in the field, the entire team was friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. What a pleasure it is to deal with this company. I spoke with Roy when I first called and he helped with the product selection. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. The technician who came to our house was Leo. He was on time, courteous, and eager to get started. When the job was completed there was no clean up for me. He had done everything. I got three estimates and Brodway was the most reasonable by $400. We are very happy with our choices today.
